 (1) Custom Stamps

How do I order a stamp?
Before you place your order, please check two things:
A) That you check the email associated with your paypal account, this is where I will send your proof.
B) That your shipping address in paypal is up to date.
When that is complete, you can add your favorite style to your cart and checkout.
Before checkout is processed, fill out the form with the information you'd like on your stamp. You will then check out with your credit card.

How long does it take?
Current turn around time for proofs is 7 business days. Once you receive your email proof, check over that the information is correct and let us know of any spelling errors. After approved, your stamp will arrive in about a week.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Absolutely! Just make sure the "ship to" address is the name and address of your gift recipient. We never include any price information in our packages, so don't worry about that. There's even a space for a gift message on the paypal checkout page.

(2) Shipping

How do you ship orders?
We ship once a week via the USPS. Sorry, we no longer ship outside of the US. All custom stamp orders ship USPS priority mail. Most lightweight items, like greetings cards or pencils, will ship first class. Heavier items, or large orders will ship priority. If you'd like your order to be shipped USPS priority (guaranteed within 3 days domestically) please let me know before you place your order. There is no signature required, but there is tracking. You will receive an email from paypal once your order has shipped with the tracking number.

(3) Misc.

What's your refund policy?
If a custom stamp proof has been made, but you no longer wish to continue with the order, a $25 fee will be deducted before an order refund is processed.

Custom stamps and other custom orders are nonrefundable once the stamp has been made.

Everything else in the shop is returnable/refunded if returned in it's original condition. Customer pays return shipping.

Can I use Paper Pastries stamps on items I intend to sell?
Sorry, no. All Paper Pastries designs and images are the intellectual property of Margaret Haas. We encourage the personal use of our products, however, the images/designs cannot be used for commercial purposes or digitally reproduced without the express written consent of Margaret Haas, designer and owner of Paper Pastries. 
The images and designs are for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
